Estate is a high-end, apartment development located directly across from Parliament House in Canberra.
The buildings are designed to reflect the circular geometry and strong axis' of State Circle & Parliament House. This theme and geometry was continued through into the landscape design with the central communal area and main access way designed to align with the flag pole of Parliament House.
The landscape design is split across several levels and includes extensive landscape zones, including a central water feature, over the basement podium. The site design finishes are high-end natural stone paving, and formed concrete complimented by a lush planting palette of both exotic and native species'.
