The communal rooftop terrace at the Koko development in the suburb of Wright presented an exciting opportunity to design a high-end entertaining space with an above-ground pool and panoramic views of the city.

The design incorporates a mixture of formal paved and decking areas around the pool and central grass area. It includes covered areas for entertaining multiple groups of residents.
