Urbane is a modern townhouse development located in the new suburb Moncreiff. Developed by Addval Developments and Collins Caddaye Architects dsb were engaged to provide the landscape design component for the project.

The landscape design was to include garden beds of lush, ornamental plants and trees to provide attractive views from within the residences. A central communal garden with a grove of silver birches provides a focal point for residents and visitors entering the development.
